Bluetooth not discovering devices

I just got a brand knew pre-build from ABS. I am trying to pair my xm3s to it but it won't discover anything. I've made sure the drivers are upto date and restated the pc multiply time. This is my first pc just upgrade from a laptop.

Hey there, you could try disabling and re-enabling the Bluetooth adapter in device manager. Are you sure your PC comes w Bluetooth? might seem like very basic info but it might help.

I just did that and still nothing is showing up in add devices

Are you using ethernet or wifi? if you're using ethernet, try unplugging it, and seeing if it works with wifi. If wifi isn't working either, maybe the networking stack is disabled in the bios.

Wifi is working and I turned it off and tried but still nothing.
