On my 6700XT, I recently had a problem with The Last of Us Part 1 where it would not go over 60FPS and it felt chunky. I knew something was wrong because with the settings I use, my range should be 70-90FPS. Turns out some Eco setting (Hyper something) had gotten enabled on the AMD software. I don't know how that happened, but as soon as I got it off, performance went right back to where it should be.

Have you made sure that V-Sync is not enabled in these games? If you have a 60Hz monitor, V-Sync would lock your refresh rate to a max of 60fps.

Hey yeah I turned V-Sync off, still nothing D: max 61~63

I have it on performance, even tried default. Still nothing...

When you swapped to the RX 5700 XT, did you run DDU to clear out any previous graphics drivers?

Sometimes, old driver files - especially ones from a different manufacturer (in this case, Nvidia) - can cause issues. Running DDU in Safe Mode to wipe away old drivers can help.

Have you verified the 10100 is capable of more FPS than you're getting?

What monitor?  May lock at that refresh rate.

From what I've seen beloww, a 10100F with a 2060 has 60 some FPS in HFW Low, so OP performance with a comparable 5700XT  seems right

CPU is too weak
