SSD test station ideas

Hello,

 

I have a few hundred M.2 SSDs that need to be tested before I dispose them as e-waste.

 

Do you guys have good ideas on how to connect multiple SSDs (maybe five) to a computer so that I can run test tools?

 

I was considering getting an old server board that supports multiple SSDs, but as I can remember, they tend to be very noisy.

 

Alternatively, are there any products available that could help with this?

 

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Just get m.2 to pcie x16 adapter and call it a day. You can get one with up to 4 slots at around 30-60$.

To add to this, you can also get some external M.2 SSD to USB adapters as a way to supplement this.. Find some old computers lying around and you're off to the races!
