Yup, it'll be ok for a 100W TDP CPU, don't worry if the CPU still gets very hot on full load, it's due to the 3D cache thing that blocks heat dissipation, whatever the cooler

In gaming you should hover around 65C

Yeah on average that should probably be true, just Ryzen spike like crazy, it's not a bad thing but people could get spooked when they see 75 or 84c, etc...
