Cooling Cant Come Out?

Hi, I'm trying to take the Air Cooling system out of my friends Build Redux computer - but it seems like it can't come out? 2 of the screws are completely blocked off and one of the screws is in at an angle so I can't get it out - is there any way I could get it out?

You should be able to remove the fan from the cooler so you can get to the screws.

What screws can you reach?

We tried that - it feels like it's glued on/stuck

It's backwards? My friend bought it like this so that seems weird

You may be able to slide the fan up and off, otherwise you will need to pull the whole board out and unscrew the fan to remove it and then unscrew the cooler from the board.

The fans clip off, pull them up and away from the fan. Also I work at Build Redux and am curious to see who build your computer, are you able to show or reply with the build number on the sticker of the computer?
