Certain parts upgrade

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: R6, Roblox, MH World (perhaps Wilds in the future), WoW
PC parts I'm looking to upgrade:
RTX 1660 Ti,
Can't recall the PSU nor can I look it up currently

I have recently ran into problems where my PSU seems to be failing and GPU also has some issues (in addition to reduced performance), so I decided to upgrade.
Currently I have chosen to upgrade my PSU to either:
Fractal Design Ion 650W ATX Gold 650 W or Be quiet! Pure Power 12 M 750W (121 euros)
As far as GPU I am torn between:
RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB (270 euros)
Asus Dual Radeon Rx 6700 XT 12gb (299 euros)
Asus GeForce RTX 4060 8GB  (340 euros)
Gigabyte Vision RTX 3070 (300 euros)

ASRock Radeon RX 6600XT (190 euros)

If there is money left after buying GPU + PSU, I may look to change my case as well. In the event where it is relevant, my current CPU is a ryzen 5 2600x, but I believe, since both PSU and GPU have actual hardware issues, I will hold off on upgrading it just yet.

Also, I found an entire second-hand PC with these specs for 600 euros, which I'm also considering as an option as well:

Your budget is €650. You don't want any bottlenecks such as your current cpu and RAM.

I agree. But which GPU should I choose with these parts? I have checked and named my current options in the post.
