Upgrade opinions

Hi,am new in the pc building and i have very simple question...

Is it worth upgrading rn in this time or should i wait for something new to come out?

I currently have ryzen 5 3600 paired with rtx 2060s 8gb and 16gb of ram.

I have a planed to go with AM5 with Ryzen 5 7600x3d and RX 7700XT 32gb ram.

if you have something to fix in the build pls feel free to do so i am open for any opinion

Budget, country located, monitor resolution, what will be the primary uses of your PC and are there any components you plan on reusing from your current PC?

I am from Serbia,my budget is about 1400$,monitor res is 1440p and i will be reusing just storage from the curret PC
