Short review of "MouseTrapper flexible"

Shd0w2

This is essentially a laptop trackpad, with a twist of macros on the sides, and instead of a surface staying still below your fingers, it acts as a treadmill.

Design: I actually enjoyed the looks of it, although, the size was a factor which disappointing me, especially seeing that even for its size, the treadmill had some problems getting across my 3 screens.

Learning curve: This comes to the part where I have to break people's hearts if they use 3+ monitor. The horizontal movement on the treadmill is limited, even for its size, it will allow you to get across 2 monitors from one end to the other without causing a problem, but when you add in a third monitor, if you get to the end of where the treadmill goes, it will automatically scroll to the side for you, then you touch it again when you want it to stop. I did not enjoy this at all. The vertical, however, was not limited, nor problematic. Also, to right click on this hardware, you must touch one of the macros, as left clicking is the only working one when you touch the trackpad.

Price/Performance: This piece of harddware comes in at about $250 USD. So unless you're rich, or you have ergonomics needs, I don't really reccomend it. It was a cool toy to play with, but I think I'll just place it back in the closet and use my razer orochi.
