Is Provantage.com a suspicious?

Looking on google shopping for a 4070 Super since I am concerned the 5070 will sell out too fast, and I found Provantage.com. There are some posts on Reddit and others saying they are legit, but I am not too sure since most are from a few years ago. They have suspiciously good prices (for right now), and I heard they are a B2B site.

Are they still around?  I remember buying from them, occasionally, back in the 80s and 90s.  I think the last thing I bought from them was a replacement remote control, and it was a legitimate site back then... but that was 20+ years ago.

Not sure if this is the same company... but it actually looks like the same website I remember from the late 90s.
