Hey everyone,

I’m currently using an MSI MAG X670E Tomahawk WiFi but looking to save some money by downgrading while staying on the AM5 platform. I still want:

WiFi support

Solid VRMs for stability

DDR5 compatibility

Good overall performance for gaming and daily use

I don’t need extreme PCIe Gen 5 support or multi-GPU setups. Would a B650 board be a good alternative? If so, which models would you recommend that still offer decent features without breaking the bank?

Appreciate the help!

How do you plan to save anything ? Your board is 220 quids new, you can resell it for maybe 150, then any decent B650 board costs more than that !!
