With CSM enabled I can see that my only SSD in the system (Samsung 970 Evo 1TB) is a valid boot option, however when i saved changes and exit it shows No Boot options available.

Specs

Ryzen 5 3600

ASUS Prime B550M-A

2 x 8GB Kingston

Samsung 970 Evo 1TB

Palit RTX3070

I've tried

1) Disabling CSM => if i do this i can't even see my 970 evo anymore

2) Disabling/enabling secure boot => does nothing

3)

IIRC it's supposed to show Windows Boot Manager? Anyone else have any clues?

I didn't have the exact same problem as you, but this is the guide I followed that fixed my main SSD not booting after I removed an old SSD from my system.

I did this for win 11 on my nvme SSD. Just make sure your bios is set to UEFI and don't worry if you get errors using the command prompt, the guide has help at the bottom of the page.
