I have has this issue for awhile where my pc will be running fine the out of nowhere my screens go black and I have to force restart my computer, Funny thing is though, my pc actually stays on after my screens go black.
I can hear my game and my discord too, this is the error I get after I load event viewer.

I have tried all the obvious things Drivers, updates, reinstalling my gpu, ram bloody everything to no avail, I don't think it's my PSU because my specs are well within my 650W budget, I will list my specs below, please help me.

cpu: Ryzen 7 5800x
gpu: gigabyte rtx 3060Ti
Corsair vengence 4x8gb 3200mhz cl16 RAM
mobo: B450M II GAMING
1x 1TB SSD

If you have a spare GPU, it's time to try running that.

After that, it's time to try a different PSU.

Did you mean ASAP?

yes I did mean ASAP!, I ran a rx 580 and it worked fine, but i just don't know if it was the psu or gpu

That error is not from your blackscreen, that's from you restarting.

Any entries in eventviewer before that? (it does have timestamps)

these are every entry before it crashes going back 15 minutes prior to the crash, it's just weird that my pc stays on and I can hear everything, any clue as to what that is?

So the critical error is from you not shutting down properly after the blackscreen.

The TPM error probably means failure to communicate with TPM, which makes sense

since B450 mobo don't have TPM (unless there was a software solution prior

to the physical TPM - not an expert on that :)).  Are you on Windows 11 or 10?
