Video Player Recommendations

Go to solution Solved by OhioYJ,

VLC continues for me. In fact if I switch videos, and go back to the same video it picks back up where I was.

In the settings for both Audio and Video (they are separate options) make sure you haven't disabled this option.

Is there a video player app that if I start watching something, stop it and come back to it later and picks up right where I left off? I loved the default player on my old Samsung phone because I could watch anything saved to my phone, stopped watching for a day or more and come right back to where I left off. Players I've come across so far (VLC, Just Video Player) dont have that feature (unless I missed it?).

VLC has that feature. You likely have to dig thru the settings.

Edit: open app>settings and it’s right on the front page. At least in iOS.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Thank you! Found the settings. Playback history has to be unchecked
