Razer tartarus pro input delay

Hey guys, I was hoping to get some ideas from anyone that has any sort of knowledge about this... 

 

I have been using the razer tartarus pro for the past 3/4 years, but i just built a new pc, have all the usual apps, programs, and files, etc.

 

The issue is, in games there is input delay and also seems like sticky keys.

To explain about sticky keys, I mean I will press the forward key for just a second and after the input delay, the input will read as if I'm pressing forward for a long time. 

 

The tartarus seems to work at the  desktop and all keys are most of the time responsive(occasionally it will read that I'm holding down a key).

 

The only thing different from my old PC and new(other than upgraded parts) is the synapse app. It looks completely different, and there was a update on the tartarus itself within synapse.

 

Any help and info on getting my keypad working normal again would be appreciated.

It's the best way for me to play as I'm disabled and it makes pressing keys easier.
