GPU is not performing like it should

Recently upgraded from a gtx 1650 to a rtx 4060ti.

i put the gpu in the pc > safe boot > used ddu > turned on pc > downloaded NVIDIA APP

i dont see any other way how to test if my gpu is doing alright and doing a full system reset isnt really an option cus i need my pc

my cpu is a 7 5700x and the psu is a 750watt gold if that is needed

1. Make sure you have all drivers up to date

2. Install Afterburner. It will give you some very helpful diagnostics. Run a more demanding game to test it, and see where your issues are.

Also, which 4060ti do you have? Not all cooling solutions are good ones.

Fortnite runs between 100-140 fps on the 1650, it runs the same on the 4060ti and stutters most of the time

At which settings ? On low you should have double of that indeed

well now its not running anygame except minecraft but i average about 100-200 which is for sure not how a 4060ti should perform, it also drops to 70-80 alot, i did heard there are issues with the new nvidia drivers im using 565.90 rn and im still having issues with it
