Hello all, my wife was asking if I would upgrade her pc and we were looking into increasing her RAM. She was wondering if there were any cute RAM options. If you don't know of any specific ones but know of any brands that I should check, that works too!

Cute RAM?  Thats it, now I have heard or read everything.

What would qualify as cute RAM?  White RAM with purple RGB?

Bunny ears?

DDR4 or DDR5?

Do you want something like what Yeston does for GPU?

Can you give some system specs so we know if what we recommend can be compatible?

"Cute" is going to be in the eye of the beholder, though for the most part RAM designs are far from what I'd call "cute." The differences are what color it is, does it have lights, and how finned it is, there's very rarely any kits that have fancy characters on it anything like that. They do exist, I know Corsair, Adata at least one other I forget the name of have both made kits that have anime characters printed on the side, but they're usually limited edition parts that cost a lot if you can even find them, and even if you do get them they're not very visible once you actually install it. If you want something like that, go online, find a sticker pack, and just stickerbomb whatever RAM kit you find, odds are it'll look better anyway.

If only Yeston made RAM we'd have a solid option 😄

Hah yea, I've been doubtful on finding "cute" looking RAM. There are plenty that I think would be acceptable to her but I have never looked around for ones that have different designs on the side etc. I figured they wouldn't be really a thing, it is interesting to see the different visual designs that other markets sell.

You said you've now seen it all.  I counter that dummy RAM sticks are the absolute height of stupidity, that cute RAM isn't a big deal and not something to shock anyone.

Cute RAM at least looks good, and is functional.
