Screen flickering while gaming on tv

Hey guys,

 

When i am gaming on my 32 inch tv. The tv starts to flicker. 

 

My drivers are updated. Re installed multiple times. 

 

It can not be my videocard, because with normal use i dont have any problems. 

 

Try it with v-sync on and of. No that wont help. 

 

Is the problem maybe that i have a spliter from DVI to HDMI?

 

Or is my tv too old? My tv is older then 5 years.
