Help with my UnRaid set up

Hello, I am having a very strange issue with my server as of the past month. My server, whenever I try to copy anything to an external ssd via krusader or dynamix file manager. After about a quarter of the way there will crash the entire server. I have no idea what’s going on or what I need to do to fix it. I get errors like these that I’ll add to this post. Your disk is somehow dying.

And last image is probably related or application has no acces.

 

But overall looking at those its pretty clear that stuff is corrupted.

I'm jank tinkerer if it works then it works.

Is there a way to save it? I’m able to access plex usually with no issue and everything seems to work unless I do something like a file transfer.
