as i understand it, popping the 1650 back in made the computer work again, so it was either a bad contact when you installed the 3060, or the 3060 has a problem. try popping it back in and if it doesnt work then maybe try it on a friend's computer

Sorry for the late reply. I tried the 3060 to a friend's computer, still no display. Both of us came to the conclusion that the 3060 is faulty. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hi newbie here, I recently just upgraded my gpu from 1650 to 3060 12gb. For some reason after installing the 3060, my pc won't open. The fans and the cooler are running ang have lights but for some reason my display is no where to be found. I already put my hdmi to the gpu but there's still no display. I was expecting to see at least the bios but every time i turn it on it's just plain black.

One thing i did notice after installing my 3060 is the "boot" led on my motherboard is lighting up as well. I tried to remove the cmos for a few mins, swap both of my rams but still no life. So in the meantime i just used my 1650 so i can play something

The rig i use is:
i5 - 12400
MSi B660m Tomahawk WiFi DDR4
Kingston 2x8gb 3200Mhz
GTX 1650 4gb
MSi A550BN 80+ Bronze PSU

Does your 1560 get all its power from the motherboard?

The 3060 has additional power connectors that must be hooked up to the power supply

No, my 1650 it gets the power from the power supply. As for the 3060, me and a friend of mine tested it and both of us came to the conclusion that the gpu faulty
