Hey, Lately I've been getting white screens after I exit full screens on streams/videos (mostly twitch). I have a 560 Ti & not sure whether it's failing or not. My software is up to date as well.

It depends, it either lasts a few seconds or it will stay there. If I switch the tab there will be four black corners and copies the page in between the corners from the tab I switched too.

What I can use to check usage on ssd/cpu?

CPU 23%-29%

Disk 0-1%

Probably higher when I play games and watch videos.

Tested with WoW opened low settings for the moment.

CPU 50-67%

Disk 0-6%

Well your CPU might be causing that issue if it has 20-30% usage while not being under load. If you have a 2nd monitor put task manager on 2nd monitor and open a video just as you did and watch those numbers while watching fullscreen and exiting it.

Watching a video would not be considered under load? As that's why it was at that percentage.

Around 22-33%, if I did it correctly. Did you mean just drag it under the second monitor or set it to show how the second monitor is working?

It's b/w 5-12% without any videos running 2 tabs open and league client (no game opened though).

After my recent Whea_Uncorrectable Error we were trying to determine if the CPU is faulty, cache 1/2 were faulty from reading the DMP files, but they wanted to test further before declaring.  Maybe that helps?
