Question for everyone. I currently have 2 of my 4 RAM slots in use with 16gb sticks. I need more RAM cause my 3d stuff eats it up way to fast. I seen a few sales and was curious do I gotta stick with more 16gb sticks or can I add 2x32gb sticks in the other 2 slots? It's ddr5 if that makes a difference.

As long as the motherboard supports it yes. Which it should.. And I agree on making sure each lane has equal amount of RAM as posted above.

I have done this in my server just fine. (it uses desktop parts..)

this is the exact motherboard I got now Refurbished: MSI MPG Z690 Carbon Wifi DDR5 Intel LGA 1700 ATX Motherboard - Newegg.com. Any recommendations on a good 64gb RAM kit? I don't need the best and newest thing. Just somewhere in the middle would be awesome. I mainly use the PC for Autodesk Maya and Escape From Tarkov.

The Manuel says it can support up to 192GB or RAM..
