So I am looking at AIOs and the Aqua Elite V3 sticks out, its a good price ~$50 USD. But im skeptical of that considering most 3 fan AIOs are $100-$300. Is it a good AIO or should I look elsewhere? https://pcpartpicker.com/product/ZQBzK8/thermalright-aqua-elite-v3-6617-cfm-liquid-cpu-cooler-aqua-elite-360-black-v3

I have one too, good cooler. I also have the Frozen Edge. They are the same cooler, different pump cap, and different fans.

I plan on building in the H9 Flow, would that be a good combo or should i look into a different case?

If PCpartpicker says they are compatible it should be good. I don't personally like NZXT stuff, that's entirely up to you.

any case recommendations?

What are your full system specs or parts list? Do you have a PCpartpicker list for the rest of your parts? If you are just looking for a standard ATX case. Phanteks and Fractal Design are my go to makers. The Phanteks XT PRO is a solid option. I have a Hyte Y40 personally and love it, though it's not everyone's cup of tea.

i just in all honesty need something with good airflow and reasonable cable management, doesnt need to be beautiful

If that's the case just go for the Phanteks XT PRO. It's got good cable management and airflow. The price and quality are good too.

I have never been a fan of NZXT, and havent owned any of their products, so I would probably be the wrong person to ask 😄

Since 2012 I have just been buying Fractal cases.

The Phanteks one - looks cheap - just cut holes for the cables - no grommets - that's something on sub-$100 cases - no-name brands that are cutting corners/cutting costs.

Phanteks isn't a no name brand. They're quality cases. I've used their cases for a couple of years and never had a bad experience, they get good reviews from product reviewers as well as tech/case reviewers(LTT themselves have said nothing but good things about their cases, they've used the Phanteks XT PRO I recommended in at least a couple of their recent build videos). Other users on here also have nothing but good things to say about them. They haven't been around for a long time but in the time that they have been they've been known to be of higher quality especially for their prices. Like most manufacturers they have cases at different price points that don't or do have better features, but they still maintain quality. I can see if you've never used one of their cases before being skeptical because of the price, I was at first. But I wouldn't have used their cases as much as I have if I didn't think they were good. My last three high end personal builds and and several dozen client builds I've done have been in Phanteks cases, I only went with the Hyte for my current build purely for aesthetics. Prior the parts were in a Phanteks Eclipse P500-A White/Black.

All I said, bro...is I didn't like that particular case - imho, it should be around $50 and it's $110 here - cheapest price I've seen.   When I see only 'cut-outs' for the cables and no grommets - it just looks cheap to me - like they cut costs and didn't do a bit extra to make it look good.

My current case is a Phanteks P500A -  The G500A cases look pretty good but I am not a big fan of the sliding panels for the cables.   It's okay - just not my preference.

I'll probably go with Lian Li - for my next case but I won't know or decide until I have the extra $$ as I don't (technically) need a case as I have one already.   I just wish I didn't buy a black one - it was on sale so I bought the one I did  - a black P500A (didn't have RGB).  😉

Ahh, are you not in the US? The Phanteks XT Pro is a $60 case in the US and it's been on sale for close to $50 a few times, there is also a higher end version of it that's closer to $80 that comes with RGB fans and I believe grommets(though they come in the accessories box). Lian Li's are solid cases.
