That's very non-specific. Do you plan on running UE5 games or do you want to develop in UE5?

If you plan on developing in UE5, go for as many cores as possible. For gaming any CPU that doesn't bottleneck your GPU will do nicely.

Did you already buy the 4070 super? Because a used 3090 would be a way better value card for development in UE5, due to the VRAM amount

I'm from India and used gpu specially the high end ones cannot be trusted

if you havent bought the 4070S yet, get a 7800xt. it has more vram (16gb vs 12gb 4070S) and is $100 cheaper

the 7900 gre is discontinued, and the 7900xt is more expensive than even the 4070S, albeit is has 20gb of vram

I am planning to make a pc for UE5 but not sure which CPU should i pair with my 4070 Super

My friend is using ryzen 9 7900x for a year now and he paired it with rtx 3080,  he also develop on ue5 and he hadn't had any problem with it, it handle the ue5 without any sweat, so I suggest either you can buy the same or go for the new one ryzen 9 9900x
