So, I just received my gigabyte z97 soc force motherboard in the mail, and while I have yet to fire it up (don't have a cpu yet), I am looking at parts for the rest of my build.

I originally wanted the z87 soc force board but that was 129$ more than the z97, probably because it had a built in chipset waterblock with a fan, and who knows what else, the z97 soc force board sadly, does not have this.

So, being a perfectionist who does plan on eventually trying to push this board (with water cooling, I'm not even gonna think about liquid nitrogen because you cant game with it..... can you?) to its limits, I find myself wondering if chipset waterblocks already exist that will work on the z97 chipset, and if not, how long before the become available, if they do so at all.

I don't know much about overclocking (yet) and chipset cooling could be pointless for all I know. But I plan on buying a caselabs magnum sth10 for my next case, and I'm going to need to cool everything with water to give myself an excuse to fill that bad boy with radiators.

good to know. How long after the z87 release did they announce their water blocks? I only got into building computers recently and don't even know when z87 came out lol.
