Getting rubber banding?

So I just got an ASUS USB N53 Wireless adapter an later using it for a while, I have been experiencing some rubber banding both in games(Not all the time, happens here and there) and while talking to people on skype. While rubber banding in game. My ping would sometimes go up really high. My internet speed is 25 down and 5 up.. Do you guys know what is going on?

This is why you do not use wireless for gaming. It will always add a lot of ping and packet loss. Just hardwire your rig, its the only solution.
