Gigabyte GA-F2A88XN-WIFI (rev. 3.0) Socket FM2+ AMD A88X Chipset 

 

and an 

AMD Athlon II X4 750K - 3.4 GHz - 4 cores - 4 threads - 4 MB cache - Socket FM2

 

can these two work together?

yes, I also have that cpu in a fm2+ motherboard and it works flawlessly

There is no reason for them to not work properly
