Origin isnt sending emails

Hi everyone!

 

So as you know there is a free BF3, so I wanted to download it and i forgot my pass, so I put in my email into forgot pass section and message says that pass has been sent, but there isnt any password in my inbox :/ I checked trash/spam folder- nothing.

 

EDIT: Same thing happened to my friend.

Wait,is the game free till the "On the House" thing or once you got it you'll have it forever?

It says that it isn't a demo or anything, you get it forever, I wish Steam did that, not just a free weekend. 

Edit: This is what it says: "Once you've claimed your game, it's yours to keep."

@Tadas Just go to EA's website and get on a live chat with them, they might be able to sort out what is happening.
