6900xt Vram

My red devil ultimate has a memory  junction temperature reported only on hwinfo64. During 3d mark speed way the sensor goes up to 80-82c, during port royal it stays around 70c or any game I test? Are these temps acceptable? Hwinfo says this sensor is fine up to 105c.

These temperatures are well within safe limits and not dangerous at all.

They are actually quite good for a port royal run 🙂

 

Nothing to worry about here at all.

Hot Spot temperature? Usually higher than average, and if too high is the reason why GPUs can throttle or blackscreen, but that would be when above 90C or more.
