Data limit help

My billing refresh day is on The 23 and on the 28 I revived an email from my ISP saying I went 6gbs over the limit of 400 gbs. My download speed is 90mbs so I just didn't think this was reasonable at all so I was wondering if these numbers seemed possible

If my math is correct, even if you pegged your download at a full 90Mb/s you could only get a few hundred gigs down, not even hit 400 in a month.

Whats your general internet usage? Hell I've done almost 40 gigs on wifi with just my phone watching Netflix and Youtube so it's very much plausible that 400gb has been reached.

At maximum theoretical speed 24hrs a day:

90mbps = 40.5GB/h = .04TB/h = .97TB/d

.97*5 = 4.85TB

While it is theoretically possible, it's still not probable.
