Hello everyone.

i would like to ask for some help on troubleshooting my laptop. i had it recently cleaned, changed thermal pads and repasted. works like a wonder. But ever since then, my laptop freezes, does not respond to any inputs and only a hard restart helps afterwards. There is NOTHING in Event viewer. no errors in the times this happens.

I tried: restoring windows to 2 weeks ago, installing previous nvidia drivers, checking memory on bootup, running SFC and DISM which did download some files but did not fix the issue.

The weird part is. before i had it cleaned at this new, better and local tech i was going to a bigger IT chain local to my area. Which charged like 70€ for cleaning and when this new guy opened it, he discovered they did not repaste the laptop, they removed the pads and did not apply new ones and only cleaned the fans. And it ran fine like that for atleast 5 months if not more. Then it got clogged with dust and i went to this new guy to clean it. now he did repaste it, add missing thermal pads and cleaned the laptop. ran ice cold if not under load. But then i booted up EFT (Escape from Tarkov) and it blackscreened. It started doing that on multiple other games but not on all.

The games that did trigger this issue: CS2,OW2,EFT
The games that DID NOT trigger it: Project Zomboid,Hearthstone & AoE2 DE.
The machine: Lenovo Legion 5 pro 16ACH6H

There does not seem to be a specific thing i can recreate to trigger the issue but it happens withing 5 minutes of gaming.
i ran furmark with HWinfo opened and i had GPU hot spot show me an alarming 105degree celcius. BUT it did not crash during 30+ minutes stress test. i Also ran GPU stability test for over an hour and it didnt crash there either.

Now whats odd is the laptop works fine in the background. It happened to me that with CS2, my discord call in the background ran fine and continued to work until i had to hard restart. Other times (on EFT) i completely lost all audio too and therefore was deaf and blind to the issue. it does not happen on a worse (165W) power brick as the PC is underpowered and does not run on full performance, but on the original (300W) it happens. I believe it at this point that it is not a software issue but a hardware one. Me and my tech are completely baffled by this and are fighting to fix this for a week now. So far our only options left we came up with is the power brick is faulty, his cooling job is faulty and needs to be redone or the laptop is just about on his way out.
I have the issue recorded, but its too big to upload here. So if anyone wants to get in contact and PLEASE help me. i will provide them with all the evidence of the issue

i will appriciate any insight on anyone familiar with this issue and how to fix it. (please im losing my hair)
Thanks everyone.
