You are definitely overspending on the Cooler, paste and PSU.

Does the CPU come with paste? I assumed not so got some just in case also does the case come with fans?

the CPU cooler will come with paste

The NZXT H9 Flow will come with 4x 120mm case fans.

The NZXT H9 Flow is an expensive case and you could save quite a bit of money there too.

The cooler usually comes with paste, or its pre-applied.

No Problem

The Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 is plenty enough for the CPU you picked and will come with a tube of thermal paste.

The MSI PSU also comes with 10 year warranty.

I would recommend a 5800x3d and a midrange mobo instead of going intel.
