techsupport low fps after upgrading pc

Hi guys ,I upgraded my pc from Ryzen 3600x and Nvidia 1050ti to Ryzen 5800x and Nvidia3070. My main game is cs2. I used to get 150fps in Anubis(all low) but after I upgraded my pc I got 190 fps in Anubis (all low).Is this normal ? I think I should get more fps. Pls help

 

 

This is my pc before upgrade:

Gigabyte B450M S2H

16gb ram

Gtx 1050ti

Ryzen 3600x

3fans

1tb ssd windows

1tb ssd storage

 

After upgrade

Gigabyte B450M S2H

16gb ram

Rtx 3070

Ryzen 5800x

3fans

1tb ssd windows

1tb ssd storage

Have you tried any of the following things:
- Clear all temporary files through Disk Clean-Up?
- Ensured Windows has all up-to-date drivers?
- Cleanly reinstall GPU drivers?

- Ran "sfc /scannow" in Command Prompt with Administrator to check system integrity?

- Checked how the CPU/GPU is behaving in Task Manager during gameplay?
- Checked temps when under pressure?
 

I know the performance gap between a 3070 and a 1050 Ti is large, and that something is up.

There is a bunch of unwanted files in disk I cleaned it up
and this is the info in task manager after the clean up and the drivers are up to date i have cleaned reinstalled gpu driver

I was running a bench mark map on cs2 and tabbed out

is it correct to test this way?

i will jump in a match to test anubis out again cause i got avg 300 plus in bench mark map,might be server problems
