Hi everyone, my friend is planning a red and black themed build. We are trying to find a good case that is not too expensive and has a nice window.

Current cases that we are looking at with reasons why I haven't finalized:

Corsair spec-03, he really likes how it looks and supports everything we need but the window seems to be towards the bottom right of the motherboard (doesn't who much around cpu area)

Corsair 300r, looks pretty good but the window has fan mounts which ruin cleanliness. This one should be easier to fix by removing the window and adding our own acrylic, but he doesn't like the looks as much as the spec 03.

We've also taken a look at phantom 240 and 410, are there any other great cases preferably under 100? red and black or all black.

Thanks for the help.

p.s don't want really large cases like phantom 820, maybe the size of the 750d max.

If you don't mind spending a little more, the corsair air 540 is amazing as well as the h440. A define R4 would also be a good option. I think theres a windowed version.

Where are you shopping/located? What currency are you using?

Have you looked at the 760t?

That's well over $150 USD..

i would say the 230t is a good budget option, and is still decently good, but if you want to maybe a nice 450

Edited post, meant c70, very scatterbrained (nervous for upcoming performance, I don't know all of my music perfectly, but that's off topic).

Woo!

Edit: I mean c70, not sure how I could ever confuse the two.

Define R4 Crystal white?

The NZXT Guardian 921 has a nice red/black theme, although it does have a fan mount in the middle of the window so thats a bummer

Corsair Vengeance C70. It has well handles for moving it around and it comes in black, white, and army green.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=corsair+c70&N=-1&isNodeId=1

For the c70, the side panel fan mounts kinda ruin the cleanliness and if I replaced the acrylic I think the 300r would be a better option.

The 230t is also another one I was looking at (I forgot about it when I made the post). The window also goes over the main cpu and gpu sections, so this might be a good option.

I personally like the define r4 and love the h440, but he doesn't want one that's simple and clean. Looking for one that's a bit aggressive or sharp.
