Depends on what do you prefer in terms of keys (TKL vs 100), switches (the TKL one has LP switches but don't tell which ones..)

Also the TKL has top macros/media buttons but the other has a knob

We can't tell your preferences 😉

100% gaming keyboard with a screen

Neither of the ones shown is a 100% keyboard, they are smaller/different layouts. Also, what "gaming" features do you look for and what should the screen be able to do? The latter is important, because they are not all equal and often are only controllable through third-party apps (and can only show a few predefined things).

The first one is TKL (the second best size after 75% imo), and the second one is some weird layour i haven't seen before. What kind of games are you playing?

The second one is a 96% board, sometimes called 1800. Gives you a Numpad in a keyboard that is only a little larger than a TKL. Personally, as someone who needs s Numpad for work, I'm a big fan of them. Though, I game on a 70% board.

Of the two keyboards listed, I'd go with the Epomaker, just for the full height switches. The choice of low profile switches and keycaps is pretty limited at the moment. And the fact they don't even specify which switches are in the Hexgears board is a bit of a red flag.

I mainly play DOTA2 and PUBG, and I just want a keyboard with a screen. Isn't it cool?

The Hexgears one mentioned that they use Linear/Clicky switches. Aren't these switches the same as red and blue switches?

Linear and Clicky switches are commonly Red and Blue because they were the color schemes used by Cherry back in the day and it just stuck around.

There are hundreds of different switches nowadays with quirky colors.

We can't answer what is cool or not cool to you, but we can help you with technical questions. Such as what you need or expect  that screen to do for you, or what gaming features you are looking for. Because if it just 'needs to be able to game', that almost any keyboard can do.

Other factor would be whether the keyboard should be slim with low-profile switches (like the first one you showed) or normal thickness with regular switches. Or the size: you mention you are looking for a 100% keyboard, but show TKL and 1800 examples. So people are trying to help you, but are confused about what you are really asking for.
