I'm trying to run mostly maxed settings @ 1440p, and it runs well most of the time, but horrible stutters when driving through the city. I'd say it was loading textures or something, but I'm running the game off a Samsung 840 evo, so it shouldn't be that... I'm not sure what's up.

From what I'm told it doesn't much matter. The game is unfinished in its current state so there are guys with 780ti's getting 30fps apparently.

I got a free copy but gave it away to avoid having to use uplay.
