Long story short, random system instability and seeing this "The driver has detected that device \Device\Harddisk0\DR0 has predicted that it will fail. Immediately back up your data and replace your hard disk drive. A failure may be imminent." kinda doesn't inspire confidence. CrystaldiskInfo showed my SSD as 98% healthy, but I dunno. That message in event viewer has me a tad worried. So..current SSD is a 120GB Patriot Wildfire bought back in 2011 when 120GB SSDs were 200+ dollars. I'm okay with the capacity since I currently have around 70GB free currently with the bulk of my files on the storage HDD.

As long as the total capacity is at least 120GB, I'm fine. Which SSDs would you recommend upwards to 150usd to be raided? That's 150usd total for both drives, not each. I wanna get a nice price to performance here with the extra speed of raid0.

Holy balls, that's cheap.

It's going in my budget build.

I cant find any benchmarks for the non pro version. Anyone got any?

I use 2 120GB Samsung 840 EVOs now, and they are very fast. I get 1GB/s sequential read and writes.
