means many things.

 

usually mainboard (no power, no circuit power, no i/o) issues. these later models

can start and run without CPU/RAM installed. started back in ivy bridge days.

try a UEFI/BIOS Flashback solution to verify the "communication" to motherboard.

if it completes, then more support will be necessary.

if your computer isn't booting, I would read the Manual, it will have what the codes mean in there.

you did it already on 00 QCODE. did it complete or fail the flashback? usually the

BIOS LED will quit flashing and then you'd power the system up to verify and

config the UEFI. if no flashing to steady to off means dead mobo.

oh and some more info is that it is not posting fans are on and leds

when i did the flashback the code was a2 watch stands for ide detected and people said i i needed to update the bios and now im getting 00 and no post

so before the 00 QCODE it was A2 and then the BIOS flash brought you're 00. 

system was functional with the A2 or dead?
