In a corsair 4000D using a Ryzen 5 7600x with a Thermalright peerless assassin and a 7700 xt will 4 120mm fans be enough with one in the back and top close to the back and two in the front or one 120mm in the back, one 120mm in the top closest to the back and two 140mms in the front?

 

Will two intake 140mm in the front overpower two output 120mm in the back?

 

going to use either the Arctic P12 max or Noctua NF-P12 as additional 120mm fans as the case ships with two pre installed if 4 120mm fans are used.

Should not matter that much. That system is not exactly insane on power consumption levels so you could also try to just use the stock fans as front intake on the lower two slots and using one of the cpu cooler fans as rear exhaust.
