It might but I won't switch to Intel since I recently dropped $200 on a Sabertooth, and I doubt I could make my money back on it.

Well at 4.5GHz it should perform the same as a stock 8350.

 

OP: You could run that system off of a 500W no problem

I wish AMD would hurry up, get their shit together, and make some CPU's that are cheaper than Intel and have better IPC's than Intel's CPUs.
