I have just bought some new computer parts. I used anti static bracelet(that was grounded). Once i had Everything assembled the cpu wouldn't even get to Boot just instantly CPU and DRAM error.

(Everything is new except the GPU)

●MSI X670E GAMING PLUS WIFI

●G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 - 64GB - CL30 - Dual Channel (2 pcs) - AMD EXPO

●AMD Ryzen 9 7950X

●Seasonic Prime TX 1300 ATX

●Corsair H150i AIO

●MSI RTX 3080Ti SuprimX

I have taken out the cpu made sure no pins are bent. Tried every combination with the ram sticks. Tried with and without graphics card.

Is this a faulty component or have i missed something?

Would really appreciate some input on this many thanks in advance.

Replace the CPU, sounds like its faulty, that's all I can think of

oh oh oh! i had this same issue! check your motherboard for any blinking lights when booting. I have the same cpu and have 64gb of ram. On first boot it did a Memory test that took forever! Most motherboards will have a series of LED lights signaling where it is in the boot process.

refer to the manual for which light means what, and give it honestly like an Hour.

I didn't leave it on for more than a few minutes at a time. Since nothing happened. But I will give this a try. Thank you

that's not necessary at all just touch the metal of your case while building... there, you're grounded. also ESD isnt that big of an issue with modern components,  would still recommend to touch the case when building a pc though.

As for your issue,  sounds very much like RAM to me, CPUs barely ever get shipped broken.

Did you try updating the BIOS yet?

yeah, they're right,  ddr5 can take forever on boot... so waiting and checking the boot indicators (leds) is a very good suggestion (because its likely your RAM, as i said)
