Other details Would like it to be around €750 - €800 its fine if it goes €800 im trying to get it updated as the market has changed will be running games at 1080p

First I wouldn't waste my money on expensive premium motherboard just get a b450m instead. 

For psu you can get better 750w corsair rme psu for slightly cheaper.

Case is a bit personal but i would go cheaper options.

This would get you twice as much memory and storage while being faster at 1080p.  For your use case, the higher end drives won't make a difference.
