And i want for now until i will buy a new rig to upgrade my pc lil bit

How long until you build your next PC, and what GPU are you planning to get for it?

It's not a bad idea to buy the next GPU you want and just use it in your old PC for now. Yes it will "bottleneck", but that just means it will still be relevant when you upgrade everything else later (unlike a 1650).

Besides, I think your GTX 980 ti is generally faster than the 1650.

Also don’t upgrade to that because as @Tetras mentioned it’s worse than 980 Ti. I would recommend a 3060 Ti.

If you don’t already have an ssd that will be a noticeable performance increase for that system. Your board supports nvme ssds, and you don’t need a super fast one since it’s just pcie 3.0 nvme. Reinstall windows on that and if you’re coming from a hard drive it’ll be a night and day difference.

so in my conclusion , i will just upgrade my ram and add more ssd for now , im planning and hope that it will least for at least more 1.5/2 years

You have plenty of RAM as it is, and the RAM you buy won't work in your next computer.

right now i have 120gb sata ssd which is C: and my D rn is 1tb sata

and i want now 1tb ssd gen3 for games and some softwares

That's a better place to spend your money. Don't worry about specifically finding a Gen3 SSD, because PCIe is forwards and backwards compatible.

Thats a downgrade. The 1650 is up to 40% slower.
