for me the reaction wasn't that big, but that's because i switched to SSD´s in 2010, before that i had 2 WD raptor drives in RAID 0 so not a big difference there. my switch from sata 2 SSD´s to sata 3 SSD´s on the other hand was awesome.

That's why I use RAID 0. Because I do not like TRIM. Right.

BTW you dont really need TRIM anymore.

I was seriously blown away at the boot time when I first got my Intel 520 SSD especially since I came from using a crappy 5400RPM laptop to this awesomeness.
