I hope asking for buying advice is ok here, if not, sorry and please delete.

My TV died so ofc. I have to buy a new one, but so far I am quite overwhelmed with all the different models. Seemingly the more I look the more complicated it gets.

Are there any Entry to mid range Models you can recommend? For the last years I was quite ok with entry models and my second tv (~500€ TCL, few years old) also works perfect for me.

What I am looking for:

- 65"

- Android TV would be great (for kodi), but I am open to switching to jellyfin or something like that

- good inbuild sound or good integration for external speakers (2 remotes are not wife approved, and I generally had only problems with the last time I used external speakers)

- available in the EU (don't know if there are many that are country specific)

Do have a specific recommendation, but check out Rtings.com. Specifically the table tool is useful (https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/table)

I wouldn't trust the price in that list though. I'd look for a model from last year, as they usually get very big discounts and then just figure out what you are interested in the most.

get a regular TV and buy an android box, better off with official ones like google ones or nvidia one, I would not recommend any "vestal" type TVs as they tend to break in no time, get one from Samsung (none Crystal ones) or LG (better off with LG)
