Intel Arc Linux Fan Speed

I just got my brand new arc a380 to put into my plex server but the fans run at max speed constantly and i can’t seem to find a program that will allow me to the change the fan curves in linux. any help is appreciated

I installed core control but it’s not showing up in the software. do you think i installed the drivers wrong?

I had to do the advanced options command to edit Grub (which depends on the distro you're using)  for some stuff to show up. But I'm on AMD so I'm honestly not sure how well it does work with Arc if at all.
