I would say the Shure SRH440s or the Audio-Technica ATH-M50s. The Shures can get a load more comfortable if you add the 840 pads, which are made of memory foam. The M50s have unmatched sound quality, but the comfort lacks a bit. Seeing as you are coming from a less hi-fidelity setup in the past, either of these would be great options.

you dont need a external sound card for theses ? of i can just run them on onboard ?

If you love good mids and are looking at comfortable, (but open, so might not be your thing) headphones, the HD 558/598s are the way to go.

The impedance of the M50 is only 38 ohm, so your on-board sound card should drive them without any problems, even your phone can drive them.
