while i'm here, may i suggest switching to intel with a 12700k and using 32 gigs of ddr4 ( price wise you can also switch to a h610 mobo, unless you need some specific features) and still be within budget while getting more cores and cutting on unnecessarily fast ram for capacity ( though i'm not well versed with c++ so I can't vouch for the hardware requirements unlike i what i can for python where more ram and cores is better)

the thing though is LGA 1700 is at the end of its life

also I think the vrms on H610 boards probably would throttle the 12700K

tbf, you shoudl consider when you would be upgrading next, and what it looks like it will be then. Also n scratch the h610, atleast a b660 would be required, that's my bad. I assume you won't be trying to do things like manual overclocking so a b660 will be good as all you could rlly hope for is mch anyway.
