Latest Windows update => taskbar is shaking

Anybody seen something like this ? 23H2 build 22631.3737

Imagine the icons in the middle of the taskbar switching left and right one icon, twice per second

(image is already weird with overlapping icons)

open cmd as administrator and run;

sfc /scannow

then give it ye ol' reboot, and it's probably gone.

if only windows update would check on itself... everything for a faster updating experience i suppose.
