You don't need a 7800X3D for 1080p at all, especially with a 3060.

Grab a Ryzen 7600 and put a bit more into the GPU, cuz the 3060... sucks.

This will run 1440p as well.

If you hadn't already bought the hard drive it would have been fine, but you can find a 6tb 7200 rpm hard drive for $75. 7200 rpm would have been the way to go because its 33% faster than a 5400 rpm hard drive. Otherwise this would be a great build and if you decide on going with Dedayog's suggestion that would be fine although the 3060 is completely fine and will run 75+ fps in 1080p ultra settings according to this https://www.zachstechturf.com/general-6. Hope you find this helpful and good luck on your PC building endeavors.

got rid of the three glaring flaws in your build (gpu + psu + ram) with some slight tweaks and now 65$ underbudget

cooler has been upgraded to a phantom spirit which performs abit better than the peerless assassin

board has been upgraded to the b650 pg lightning, if you need the wifi theres the b650-s wifi which is just a more barebones version of the gaming plus aesthetics wise (no fancy heatsinks) but same board

ram has been upgraded to 6000c30 whilst cutting on cost, itll be covered by the cooler anyways so no point going for rgb rams

gpu has been upgraded to a 6800 which will be a hell of alot better than a shitty overpriced 3060

psu has been upgraded to a 750w with a 10 year warranty and no fan noise complaints (search up rme fan noise) whilst cutting down on cost

case was swapped for a cheaper one

for extra tweaks you can go on the used market and look for used 3080ti or 6900xt/6950xt with the remaining budget, you could also just double the ram capacity to 64gb if you need it
