3700x max oc?

afaik older chips can do 4.2-4.4 and newer ones can do 4.5-4.6 allcore assuming somehwat reasonable volts like ~1.35-1.4v though best efficiency is probably your max oc at 1.2-1.25v

There is no standard for OC as far as i know.
